Terms & Key Delivery Process

Everything you need to know about how your license keys are delivered, activated, and protected after purchase. These terms apply to every order placed on SoftkeyGlobal.

Delivery time

Automated keys: under 60 seconds. Manual fulfillment: up to 12 hours during business hours.

Refund window

Full refund within 30 days if the key fails to activate or doesn't match the description.

Genuine licenses

All keys are sourced from authorized retail channels and verified before fulfillment.

Delivery process

After successful payment via Stripe, you'll instantly receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice and a link to your order page. The license key is also stored under My Orders for as long as your account exists.

Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if (a) the key cannot be activated, (b) the product doesn't match the description, or (c) you haven't redeemed the key yet. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Accepted payment methods

Stripe-secured checkout: major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. VAT and local taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country.
