Delivery time

Most orders fulfilled within 1–6 hours. Maximum guaranteed delivery: 24 hours from payment confirmation.

30-day guarantee

Full refund within 30 days if the product fails to work as described or cannot be activated.

How delivery works

After your payment is confirmed on-chain, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your invoice and a link to your order page. Our team begins processing your order immediately.

Refund policy

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if: (a) the key or account cannot be activated, (b) the product does not match its description, or (c) you have not yet redeemed the key. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
