When You Are Eligible for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement within 30 days of purchase if: (a) your license key fails to activate on any supported device, (b) your account credentials are invalid or do not grant the advertised access, (c) the product does not match its description on the product page, or (d) a duplicate charge was made in error.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not available in the following situations: (a) the product has been successfully activated and used, (b) you changed your mind after delivery, (c) the issue results from your own misuse or violation of the vendor's terms (e.g. changing a shared account password), or (d) the subscription period has naturally expired.

Replacement First

Refund Processing Time
