SoftkeyGlobal is a digital goods reseller operating at softkeyglobal.com. We sell software license keys, premium accounts, and digital subscriptions sourced from authorised distribution channels. We are not the original manufacturer or licensor of any product listed on our store. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your country) to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Products & Digital Delivery
All products sold on SoftkeyGlobal are digital goods — software license keys, login credentials, or subscription upgrades. Delivery is made electronically to your registered email address within 1–24 hours of payment confirmation. You can also access delivered items at any time via the My Orders section of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Products purchased from SoftkeyGlobal are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or transfer any purchased product to a third party without express written permission. Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, or tamper with any product is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees. We accept payment exclusively via cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, and others listed at checkout). Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but the price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you pay. SoftkeyGlobal does not store your payment credentials.
6. Order Cancellation & Refunds
Once a digital product has been delivered and confirmed as working, all sales are final. If your product fails to activate or does not match its description, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase — please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. SoftkeyGlobal reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or terms violation, in which case a full refund will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on softkeyglobal.com — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of SoftkeyGlobal or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
SoftkeyGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable international e-commerce law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through our support channels will be subject to binding arbitration.
